With a second intervention in the Canton de Limón, we closed the cycle of humanitarian aid after the severe floods on the Atlantic Coast (July-August). The severe impact on access to drinking water put our capacity for innovation to the test, so we have installed, for the first time in Costa Rica, systems for the collection and purification of rainwater. We shared to our donators the results of four days of hard work by our volunteers. We would also like to thank the Limón Municipal Emergency Commission for their coordination in bringing aid to the many families still affected.
