“Water, hygiene and sanitation” in Chiapas
CADENA started the project “Water, hygiene and sanitation” in Miguel Hidalgo, Chiapas. Three cisterns were installed to store and collect rainwater, capturing more than 38 thousand liters of water. As a result, the orchard, the elementary schools and the high school will have drinking water. In addition, 18 workshops will be held for women, men, adolescents, boys and girls on water management, health, good nutrition, effective irrigation in the garden, among other topics that will allow maximum use of these cisterns. A total of 890 people will benefit from these cisterns, which are part of the Resilience CADENA!
