WE PRESENTED OUR 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

On May 14, we held the presentation of our 2025 Annual Report, where we shared this year’s achievements with our strategic allies, partners, operational team, and all those who have supported our work since the very beginning. We are proud of our over twenty-year history providing hand in hand humanitarian assistance where it is most needed, helping communities build resilience. We are deeply grateful to every person who makes our mission of practicing Tikkun Olam possible each day. Let’s continue transforming indifference into action!

WILDFIRE PREVENTION IN THE STATE OF MEXICO

During the months of April and May, high temperatures, strong winds, and a lack of rain significantly exacerbates wildfire risk. As a preventative measure, at CADENA Mexico, we collaborated with Probosque to create firebreaks aimed at reducing wildfire risk in the community of La Cañada, State of Mexico.

MOTHER’S DAY HUMANITARIAN INTERVENTION

In the context of May 10th celebrations on May 10, we donated 1,000 pairs of shoes for women in a highly marginalized community in the State of Mexico. The distribution was organized as a “humanitarian market”, allowing each person to choose the footwear of their preference with dignity and autonomy.

2026 CADENA INITIATIVE FINAL

This month, we celebrated the 2026 CADENA Initiative Final, a social entrepreneurship contest where middle school students develop projects to address real–world challenges through a humanitarian lens. In this edition, 22 teams presented their proposals before a panel of judges and the members of the broader educational community. We congratulate every participant for their commitment and dedication and extend special recognition to Gad Kershenovich and Nicolas Bejar, who were selected to represent Mexico at the International Final with their project, “Ehecatl”.
