Helping communities rise together.

One of the most concrete effects of disasters, in addition to the emotional losses and the psychological effects, is the loss of real estate and material assets. CADENA has reconstruction programs to support those who need it most after an emergency.

Venustiano Carranza Elementary School

Located in the municipality of Jojutla de Juárez, it has 400 students and 20 workers, between teachers and administrative staff.

This school was seriously damaged by the earthquakes in September, so we demolished its structure in its entirety.

Thanks to invaluable support through a Walmart donation, we rebuilt 15 classrooms:

12 Classrooms, 1 Media Room, 1 Library and 1 Office.
