FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING

During July, our volunteer team trained in fire extinguisher use, strengthening their tools to respond to emergencies. A total of 17 volunteers completed the training.

FLORENCIA WORKSHOP AT EL ZURQUÍ PENITENTIARY CENTER

This month we delivered the Florencia workshop to 12 women deprived of liberty at the El Zurquí Penitentiary Center, a space for education and support for this population.

SAFE WATER FOR BUENOS AIRES DE PUNTARENAS

Together with the Municipality of Buenos Aires de Puntarenas, we brought safe drinking water to 3 schools in the community, directly benefiting more than 260 people.

FLOOD RESPONSE IN SARAPIQUÍ
In response to the flooding in Sarapiquí, and in collaboration with the local municipality, we distributed water purification filters, providing over 900 people with access to safe drinking water.

“YO RESPONDO” (I RESPOND) PROGRAM

We trained 25 students in leadership as part of the “Yo Respondo” program, strengthening their emergency response skills, thanks to sponsorship from Multifrio.
