In 2023 we made several visits to people in street situations to attend to their needs. These visits are organized by the CADENA Clubs of the schools in Miami, through this program our volunteers organize collections of hygiene items, clothes and blankets. In addition, the volunteers organize fundraising campaigns on social networks to collect money and buy hot meals. In total we made three visits in the months of January, April and December.

In our first visit during the month of January, 40 volunteers participated and delivered 80 hot meals, 80 hygiene kits and 80 blankets per person. In April, 40 volunteers also participated and benefited 80 people with the delivery of hot meals, hygiene kits, blankets and sweatshirts. In our last visit, 26 volunteers participated and delivered 65 hot meals, 65 hygiene kits and 65 blankets. Working together with the Fundación Hermanos de la Calle we managed to get more young people interested in improving the contexts in which homeless people live. At CADENA USA we focus on creating awareness and forming the next generation of humanitarians who relate with empathy and dignity.
