Responsibilities
Position Mission:
Expand and professionalize CADENA Mexico’s humanitarian training and volunteer programs, increasing their reach, quality, and impact to inspire volunteers, students, and partners to help build a resilient world.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
– At least one year of experience coordinating volunteer programs, social initiatives, or community projects.
– Strong commitment to service, availability for fieldwork, and a passion for developing agents of change.
Skills and Competencies:
– Ability to motivate, guide, and support diverse groups of volunteers.
– Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, volunteers, and communities with warmth and clarity.
– Ability to coordinate recruitment, training sessions, and field deployments while maintaining attention to detail.
– Adaptability and responsiveness to changing plans and unexpected situations in the field.
– Passion for developing future leaders and agents of positive social change.
