CADENA Colombia was established in 2019 to respond to the Venezuelan migration crisis. Months later, the pandemic led us to extend our aid to vulnerable communities across the country.

In 2020, Hurricane Iota marked our first major response to a national emergency in the San Andrés and Providencia archipelago. Since then, we have been present at multiple disasters and crises across Colombia.
Our close relationship with the communities has enabled us to understand their realities and go a step further: transforming immediate aid into sustainable, long-term projects that generate real and lasting impact.
