SAFE WATER FOR 9 SCHOOLS IN THE GRAN TÉRRABA

On May 5 and 6, as part of our Water for All campaign, CADENA Costa Rica provided safe water to the Regional Direction of Education’s School Circuit 3 in Grande del Térraba. Throughout two days, we visited 9 schools where we installed over 10 water filters, granting access to clean water for students and teachers in the region.

TRAINING VOLUNTEERS FOR THE FUTURE

This month, we trained 10 volunteers through a specialized workshop on water care, strengthening our team’s capacity to continue reaching more communities with high-impact and high-quality interventions.

2026 INTERNATIONAL CADENA CAMP

From May 28 to 29, Costa Rica proudly hosted the 2026 International CADENA Initiative Camp, welcoming 21 students from 12 different countries. Over the four-day event, participants immersed themselves in an intensive experience focused on humanitarian learning, teamwork, and connecting with local contexts. By the end of the camp, attendees expressed a desire to continue helping to make a difference. This showcases our youth’s willingness to become agents of change.
